Hello ,

 

You don't need me to tell you how much prices are going up. If you've just been to the supermarket, filled up your car or received one of those lovely emails or letters from your energy provider you'll be able to tell me just how much they've gone up. 

 

Sadly it's not the end of the story either. There is more to come I'm sorry to say, particularly in April. 

 

But I'm not here to complain about it - although we all could for weeks!

I'm here to tell you what we're working on to help with these rising costs.

 

Firstly, as you know, we're campaigning to make Freeganism legal to enable more people to get free food that is otherwise being thrown away. Do sign our petition for that here.

 

Also, we're doing more videos and articles on how to cut food costs, including an Instagram Live I did last week with the wonderful Ben Ebbrell from SORTEDFood on YouTube.

 

And we're looking for ways that you can bring in more cash day to day. For a start, we've put together all the things you can get financial help with - you might be surprised what is in there!

 

Also, we've found out how you can get paid (yes paid) to eat meal deals and how you can get up to £120,000 compensation for any vaccine injuries you or someone in your family have suffered.

 

And if you're spending extra time on the computer this week, make some money while you're there taking some paid surveys - you might as well.

 

Every little (and hopefully large) helps, as they say, and we are going to work harder and harder in the coming months to bring you ways to make extra cash, get freebies and save day-to-day. We're all in this together and we will be with you all the way.
