Hello , Thank goodness for the mild, Autumnal weather. This weekend I went for walks in London parks and couldn't believe how warm and Spring-like it was. It was (and is)
perfect Autumn weather: mild and sunny but with enough golden leaves on the ground to have a good kick-through! Every day like this is a gift I think. I'm going to thank each sunny, warm, beautiful day as it comes along, particularly now that we're into Greenwich Mean Time again (not my favourite time zone - i think we should have British Summer Time all year-round!). And the good news is that we have some sunny ideas for you to bring light, fun and cash into your life, however long the nights are. |

We have quite a few freebies for a start, including how to get a free meal at Morrisons, how to get free money by tracing pensions you didn't know you had, how to get free sanitary products and how to win a free multimedia speaker system worth £100. And, specially for the winter, we're showing you how to make money from bonfire
night (you really can) and we've found quite a few ways you can make money out of your socks! Yes you read that right - out of your smelly socks. Have a look! And our lovely frugal blogger, Jane, has some fab frugal ways for us to cut back on costs, but not on enjoyment, this Autumn. Stay warm, stay happy, grab some time in the sunshine any time you see it, and have a really lovely week until we 'speak' again next Tuesday! Love Jasmine x p.s. We got a message from a concerned MoneyMagpie reader saying someone emailed them from @moneymagpie.io asking them to partake in a 'bitcoin giveaway'. This definitely wasn't from us and, frankly, it sounds like a nasty phishing scam. We would never send nonsense like that so please do be vigilant when you get emails - not just from us, but from anyone.
It's all too easy for these scammers to pretend to be someone they're not. If you ever get an email from us and you're not sure if it's legit, just email help@moneymagpie.com and we can personally verify it. |
