Hello , I was hosting an online conference yesterday for a big financial company and one of the keynote speakers told us that we should all get out of our comfort zones, go and walk in the wind and rain and have a cold shower every
day. Well, I tried the cold shower this morning and nearly jumped out of the bathroom. I'm not sure exactly what the point is but it certainly woke me up! Of course, getting into cold showers might be the 'cool' thing to do right now because it costs so much to heat the water...but there are limits, I think! |
