Whilst I love the freshness and forward thinking that comes post-Christmas, I don't personally think we need to put too much pressure on
ourselves. The modern world is filled with sensory information overload, there is too much noise and pressure coming from all angles and what we really need is some space and introspection. So, if you enjoy setting goals and manifestations for the coming year, just be careful not to set yourself up to fail. Look at things you can control. |
