Hi ,
I've been thinking about 22-year-old me.
She was careful with money. Sensible, even.
But she had no idea how to make it grow, and her very first financial decision was getting talked into a product she didn't need by a salesman pretending to be a financial advisor!
We've all been there in one way or another.
It took years of learning, and more than a few expensive mistakes, before things finally clicked. But looking back, the lessons that matter most were always simple.
I just didn't know them yet.
So I've written them down.
Over on my
column, I've shared the three things I wish someone had told me at the very start of my investing journey, including the one rule that has quietly saved me from more bad decisions than I can count.
If you're at the
beginning of yours, this one's for you.
