Make money from airport car parks

Think back to your last trip to the airport. Did you take the train? Did a family member drop you off? Or, like many travellers, did you use long stay car parking?

As demand for Long Haul flights increases, demand for long stay car parking increases too.

Glasgow Airport, for example, recorded its 20th consecutive month of traffic growth in September 2014. That month 783,000 passengers travelled through its doors. As there are only 4500 long stay car parking spaces at Glasgow Airport, there is a massive shortage in supply versus demand.

There is an opportunity to benefit from this shortage by purchasing a car parking space, and earning rental income generated throughout the year. It is a very simple concept, pioneered in America, which has since developed widespread appeal. Find out how to earn 8% Net Income on a £20,000 car park investment.

The shocking truth about Christmas so-called traditions

Image
We've all seen images of the perfect Christmas yet many of us cynically know that these Christmases don't happen. Why do so many Christmas traditions feel so unChristmassy?

It's probably because most of it isn't Christmas - or Christian - but is instead either about money or pagan sacrifice.
