According to the latest research from Totally Money: Manchester Ranks 4th in terms of rental yields on buy-to-let property. HSBC ranked Manchester as the highest capital growth in 2015.
There is an £800 million pound regeneration project in central Mancheste, known as NOMA, which is a 20-acre regeneration of urban land owned by The
