The Bank of England’s decision to slash interest rates has resulted in an all time low on savings rates. This is particularly worrisome for those nearing retirement age because there are few safe high yielding investments. Investors have piled into blue chip defensive shares which have seen the prices rise to all time record levels making it unviable to consider.

The reason that £70,000 studios can achieve the rental income of £153 p/w is there are over 55,000 students in Liverpool and the fully-managed studios are located adjacent to the campus. Due to the pound falling in value, it is now cheaper for overseas student to study in the U.K, thereby increasing demand and the associated rents.

It used to be that only a
select few actors and personalities could get voiceover work, but now, thanks to the internet and easily available software, literally anyone can do it if they have a decent voice, can read well and have a good quality microphone and a computer. |
