Well read them again because last week I actually did it (without even meaning to!). I'd had a meal in Brighton with some of my MoneyMagpie team at a well-known chain and afterwards the company asked my opinion.
Well I gave it to them! I explained why the food was not up to standard, what they should do about it and how disappointed I was with my experience. The next day they sent me a £100 voucher to use in one of their outlets! Wow, that was a bonus...and I didn't even know I could get that. I just felt like giving genuine feedback.
So if a restaurant or hotel or other establishment asks for your opinion...give it. You never know what you might get from it!
