When the competition closes on 20 December the winner will be chosen by a random number generating algorithm in a live streamed draw at The Cinnamon Club in London with celebrity chef Vivek Singh, and Scottish illustrator Adrian McMurchie will also present an illustration of the house.

 

There will also be competitions for under-5s and under-10s to literally draw a house, with monetary prizes of up to £500 on offer.
